Our custom branding services include neck labels, sleeve drop, hangers, etc. to give your products a unique, professional touch. What customization options do you offer?
We provide full design customization. You can upload your own artwork, check out our ready to print transfers, or work with our in-house design team to create something special. We offer different printing methods, including Direct-to-film (DTF), Ultraviolet DTF, silkscreen, embroidery, etc.
What is your turnaround time?
Turnaround times vary depending on the size and complexity of your order. Typically, small orders can be completed within 7-10 business days, while larger orders may take longer. We'll provide an estimated delivery time when you place your order.
Do you offer bulk printing?

Can I see a proof before printing?
Absolutely! We provide digital proofs for approval before we begin any printing. This ensures that the final product matches your vision.
Can I get a sample before placing a large order?
Yes, we offer samples! If you'd like to see how your design will look on a specific product, you can order a sample at a cost. This allows you to approve the quality and design before committing to a larger order. Please contact us for pricing and more details.
What is your minimum order quantity?
Our minimum order quantity varies by product, but generally, we have a low minimum of 6 or 12 for most items. Please reach out to us for specific requirements for your order.
What’s your return policy?
Due to the custom nature of our products, we generally do not accept returns. All sales are final.
Can I make changes to my order after it’s placed?
Once your order is confirmed and in production, changes may be limited. However, please contact us as soon as possible, and we'll do our best to accommodate any adjustments.
Do you offer shipping?
Yes, we offer shipping to customers nationwide. Shipping costs depend on the size of your order and your location.
What file formats do you accept for custom designs?
We accept a variety of file formats. For the best results, vector files (AI, EPS, PDF, PSD) are preferred.
How do I know which printing method is best for my design?
If you're not sure which printing method is right for your design, our team can help guide you! We’ll assess your design's complexity, color scheme, and the product you want to print on to recommend the most suitable method.
Can you print on both sides of a product?
Yes! We can print on both sides of most products, including apparel, mugs, and other hard goods. Keep in mind that additional charges may apply for double-sided printing.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept a variety of payment methods including credit/debit cards, PayPal, and bank transfers. Payment is due at the time of order confirmation.
How can I track my order?
Once your order has shipped, we’ll provide you with tracking information via email. You can use this to track your order's status and delivery.
Can I change my delivery address?
Please email us immediately with the new address and order number. This way we can update it as quickly as possible. If you do not send the address immediately, we may not get the response in time to fix.Once a label is printed, we cannot update the address. We do not print labels until they are prepared to ship.We will do our best to always update your address, but we cannot promise if it is within 24 hours from fulfillment.
